How is the BL8 with the BL19? I want to purchase it as my first Beolab product, but it’s a big investment. How would it be to go from a Stage to a Beolab 8 set for stereo music?
Heard them in the store today, sounded really nice in a open space and the quality was superb.
How is the sound in a home enviroment? Vocals and bass? Does is lack anything? Have you played it together with the Theatre in a 2.1 setup?
I really hope you are right Mr10Percent. I know a lot of Stage-owners who really love their product just have that “small” wish that they could connect some surround speakers or subwoofer to the system. I really hope that B&O listens to the wishes of the customers. Like you said it could be a transmitter only for Beosound products. I am sure that this would increase the sales of Beosound products by a lot & not hinder the sales of the Beolab products.
Sounds weird, looking forward to hearing the Stage at home..
Question is, how does it sound for music?
I still feel like i am missing a answer regarding the Stage & Panasonic? Haha
My question is if it’s worth it as a standalone all in one atmos system. From the reviews the Atmos from the Theatre hasn’t been as impressive as the Sennheiser Ambeo. It sounds like it catters more to people with Beolab speakers.
So as a standalone it’s not anything special?
Is there a noticeable difference in sound from PCM to Atmos on the Stage?
Most importantly how is the sonic capabilities?
How well does it do Atmos by itself?
For those with a theatre: How well does it recreate Dolby Atmos content on it’s own?
Thanks, thats good! When i heard some demos in the store I felt the bass was good & Atmos too. I literally turned my head twice to hear if it was coming from the Beolab 28’s. But I felt that voices was not crystal clear at all from speech in movies…..
Have you watched any 4k movies from the Panasonic on the Theatre yet? 🙂
Q:
How did you find the atmos & speech clarity on it’s own?
Does it have a good stereo perspective in music?
