I have the same problem with the menu, can’t figure out how to fix it. MX7000, sw 2.0.
What remote do you have?
If you have one of the ugly ones with a display then you need to enter V.SETUP on the remote. You can achieve this by pressing LIST several times until it shows up, then GO, and then LIST again until PICTURE or SOUND is displayed. Remember to press LIST again until you find STORE when done to store your settings.
If V.SETUP can’t be found on your remote, then you need to add that option to the list first. You do this by holding down Power, then pressing LIST, then ADD.
