Hi, This issue shouldn’t occur normally, but several factors can bring it on. Lack of grounding to the digital amps in ICE Power speakers can cause a low frequency mains hum or buzz sound, but this was described as a high frequency buzz in the original post, which sounds like something different…
I know this is an older thread but I have the same problem but appears to be a ground hum. Steve can you describe some of those factors you mention or some advice to make sure things are grounded well? I’ve also got a mix of bl3 and BL12-3s with combination of cat 8 and converter dongles driven by a BeoSystem4.
Thanks Millemissen for confirming. And yes I meant the internal app. I kind of wondered but really thought I saw it try to connect at one point when setting everything up. The Moment has no problem connecting to Deezer so I was optimistic it could still but, as you pointed out, it’s easy enough to link it to the Moment or one of the cores, etc.
OK, I figured out what must of been a silly question for most of you.
I’ve just switched from a MasterLink-centric network with a few NL products (with converters) to an NL network with a few converted ML products (with converters) and was still thinking through the MasterLink paradigm lens.
I guess I had always thought of the connected products having to deal primarily with integration ( audio-master & video-master) but after setting everything up it’s clear that’s just how you make products visible to each other on the network.
Any integration option is a secondary feature within that.
It’s been a few years.
A lot to catch up on:)
I seem to have answered my own question. At least for the customer service menu which is MainMenu->Setup
then:
red + center “go”
Does anyone know if there is a normal service menu (like 0 0 go)
I can’t access one like on the BS3, however it may not exist on this model.
Can anyone confirm?
