Try Mouser Electronics, but you will have to go for radial leaded caps in some cases, looking at the PCB you should be able to fit them. start looking for 80/25 if not there, look for 82/25 and so on just keep it inside the 20%. If you dont find it check with Martin, I know he has some of them if not all. I will go check in my stock I have 80 and 100 axial in stock but dont remember which V

Diodes 3 and 4 in the drawing is OA 81 and in your trace pic OA 70. I dont know which one is the correct one
Hi Matador, compliment to your design, I am more to keeping it original, but I do like the look of it. You mentioned that you are half deaf (me too) and listening to MP3 and the like, so sound vise there will be no problems but maybe the speakers will be more directional, you will have to check that.
Soren
Notches 2.5 mm
Your trace pic is view from component side, here my pic from solder side, black dots are ground (neg.) connections
Dimensions all mm.
Where did you buy your belt, most belts bought on the bay are worthless
Probably a capacitor problem in the Beomaster as the problem is both channels. If the Beogram has a preamp the problem could also be there. If playing a radio station, do you have the same problem ?
As Matador says, and get the manual and READ it, good luck
Nice one Dennis, happy desmoking, Henrik did you get my mail ?
BC141 should be OK too
But a different AC selector
Hi Frede, I had the same (sold it to Jeff in Canada), probably the US version as I bought it on the US bay only 35 production numbers apart, and the same controller KH
Keep them coming, I like your work, think about chancing the Fairchild (black drop) transistors, Frede, Classic Audio recommend changing them
Good find, congrats

My threads has pics from “my files” I tried several threads and no pics showing
I can log in to the archived forums but no pics there, nearly all of my threads are worthless without pics. 2012 we had the same problem but asking Keith he would bring back the pics asking thread for thread, I then had the disaster with Photobucket, I brought back nearly all the pics, just missing a few threads when this happened. When the archived forums came on here I went there with the idea to save all my threads somewhere else, but again no pics. And as Martin I miss my PMs. Disappointed.
I have slightly over weighted the needle pressure to help but is making no difference. I have been through the manual and cannot see an end of play adjustment, only a set down adjustment. Could you show me this section please?
You are right, no end of play adjustment. Check that Switch S3 and Relay R2 is working, and all the mechanic parts for PU arm up/down are clean and lubricated and moving freely
Check the needle pressure if that doesnt help check the end of play adjustment according to repair manual
