Upon closer inspection, it looks like the bracket fell off the door at some point and was glued back slightly wrong… It fell off again now so I have to figure out how to clean the old glue and which glue to use to put it back on. Open to advice, I only have 2 parts epoxy glue at home.

Noted. How do I remove the old glue? I’m not sure what it is, it kinda yellowed. I was thinking about scraping it off with a blade but I’m worried it might peel off the black rectangle that’s on the window. Would acetone be a better option? I don’t know how the black rectangle would react to it or if there is any finish on the glass that would react…

So, that worked. But the right window sits a little lower than the left still. They close right, but the top and bottom edges don’t align properly. The right door sags a tiny bit. I can push it up, unlike the left and it feels like the cable isn’t taught on that side or something. Any ideas?

Thank you both, I’ll try that!

Thank you. I had a look, the caps look OK and so do the coils. The speakers sound fine to my ear.

Do you mean physically damaged coils? How can they get damaged from within the speaker?
