Hello Mark, thank you so much for your comment. I have good news, the technician looked and the problem was the “off” button switch that was locked, as someone keep it pressed. He cleaned all contacts and adjust the switch contact and it returns to life!!! Anyway it can help someone else with similar issues. Thanks everybody
