Just an update.
Luckily I’ve managed to fix it. I took it apart and the 8nner fuse was the problem on the panel. It was burned. Replaced it amd works perfectly.

I forgot to say they didn’t send me the same adapter as on the picture they send a 5v usb switching adapter and ther 8s no dial on it to change the voltage. Its just annoying to spend £50 on this .
But really appreciate the help!

This is the cable I’ve purchased.
Unfortunately it was an older setup in my hotel and couldn’t see any other B&O setup around.
Could it be the switch problem inside the speaker?

I have the 5v trigger switch adapter, I asked the seller about the 12v because I saw somewhere else about it but they said this must work.
