      I did two tests. I first checked the continuity of the wire with a multimeter and its there is continuity.

      The second test I did was to insert a needle into the auxiliary holes at points 3 and 5 (right and left speakers) and noise is heard. But when I connect the wire, points 3 and 5 on the wire don’t make contact with the points I touched with the needle.
      My conclusion is that the cable has the speaker points backwards, that is, point three at point 1 and point 5 at point 4.

      Could be?

      Next Saturday I will go to Bang and Olufsen Mexico to have it checked by a technician.

        How do I do that?

        The only thing I can do is connect the cable to the Beosund, when I approach it I hear some interference. The cable is new, How do I do that?
