Dear friends of Beoworld
I bought a BV14 which did not get recent software updates; I went through the “set up from scratch”, got the software update from 09/2019; TV runs quite stable but I can not login to my google account which means I can not access the playstore and do the update or get any new apps….
I saw that this issue exits on many other TVs – do you have any idea how to resolve this problem?

Elmar4 February 2024 at 11:23 #52595It needs a software update to the latest Google Play Store. You have the old one on your TV which no longer works.
I take the ones I sell to an official B&O Service Center to do, but I’m not sure if there’s a work-around?
