Hi, I’m new here as I bought beautiful set of classic B&Os (BM 6000, BG 6006, BC 6000, BV S80) but there are some issues. There is a hiss on right channel. The hiss has the same volume (quiet but noticable “ssssssssss”) regardless of volume of the music. Did you come across this problem before on BM 6000 or other amps?
Regards,
Tad

When all sources have this problem, it is inside the (pre)-amp.
If possible and if the preamp can be disconnected: apply a different source carefully to the amp. If gone, it’s the preamp. If not, the amp.
If it is more a 50Hz humming sound: defect power source, dead caps.
