Hello, First time posting on this forum.
I am trying to find out how to get into the service menu on a Beovision 11-46 to view the usage hours.
The reason for asking is I have come across this Tv for sale and it is in very good condition and thinking of buying it.
Many thanks
28 July 2023 at 03:39 #47939According to the Service Manual, there’s a ‘Customer Service Menu’ but I don’t think it shows the ‘counters’. To access:
Press the MENU button on the remote control, choose ‘Setup’, and press the
Centre button. Press RED button and within 3 seconds press the Centre button. However, to get to the ‘counters’ (usage hours), I think that you have to connect a Service Tool.
And welcome to the Forum!
EDIT: On the older BV10 you got to the Service Mode by pressing MENU then 0 0 GO within 3 seconds, so you could give that a try!

I can confirm this is how the customer service menu is accesed on a Beoplay V1 ( same platform). But I dont see counters anywhere, so it might only be via the servicetool as Guy mention.

I tried this on my Beoplay V1, but I can’t get that combination to work. It will just acces the menu, ignore the 0’s, and select the first menu item

I’ve tried the BV10 method before posting and can confirm that does not work.
I’ll try the Beoplay V1 method and report back.
