        Hello,

Has someone a schema of the motorcontrol unit on the PCB of the motor? I have taken the motor apart and it’s running, but the controller PCB has a problem. On the PCB IC808 (hall ic or PWM?), a thyristor, some capacitors and resistors.

I just want to see how this functions and if their are parts availbale. The IC808 search didn’t show something on google.

        Thank you for help.

        Kind regards, Erik

The motor was considered a single part so B&O did not publish the control-board schematic. What is the nature of the problem you are experiencing. Most of the time its the bearing drying out not an electronic issue.

I have a question on the main bearing (nylon fitting) but I will make a new topic / post

                Hi Mark,

I had a blown fuse and only the motor module caused this.

I have tested the motor and it runned but with noise. Now I have re oiled the bearings but didnĀ“t test the whole again. Can dry bearings cause an overcurrent to blow the fuse? If so, then I have to install it again and test it. What is your experience?

I have reinstalled and motor is functioning!

Motor makes still some noise, from the brushes. So I have to look if these are still available.

You do not apply oil to the bearing. It needs to be infused in a vacuum. My experience is that they are still the source of your noise.

                      Hi Mark,

thank you for your remark. I have seen some posts on this topc and I am thinking of doing this (“oil-vacuum”) as well. But first I had to check if the other parts were all doing well.

                      Thanks for your help.
