I connected the Beosound 3200 to my Motorola phone, from the auxiliary 7 pin, in order to listen to music from Tidal. But you hardly hear any music and with the highest volume. Any advice

        Hi and welcome to Beoworld!

Check that the lead is sending the L & R audio to DIN pins 3 and 5 respectively. Pin 2 is ground.

Use a multimeter or continuity tester to check for continuity between the tip and ring of the 3.5mm plug and pins 3 and 5 of the DIN plug.

            This may help:

you can buy a small lead that has the din one end and the other end has 4x rca plugs mormally red, white, black, yellow https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/320553096519 or https://soundsheavenly.com/bang-olufsen/154-5-pin-din-to-4-x-rca-input-and-output-cable-for-bo-naim-quad.html this will give you audio in and out, and it will also mean its wired correctly.

I did two tests. I first checked the continuity of the wire with a multimeter and its there is continuity.

The second test I did was to insert a needle into the auxiliary holes at points 3 and 5 (right and left speakers) and noise is heard. But when I connect the wire, points 3 and 5 on the wire don’t make contact with the points I touched with the needle.
My conclusion is that the cable has the speaker points backwards, that is, point three at point 1 and point 5 at point 4.

                Could be?

Next Saturday I will go to Bang and Olufsen Mexico to have it checked by a technician.

That sounds to me as if your cable is an output (from the DIN socket) rather than an input. (Pins 1 and 4 are the line output from the BS3200 Aux socket.) Hopefully a new cable and/or help from mexking will resolve the problem.
