I have added a new facility to the forum which allows you to add file attachments to your post. Each file attachment is limited to 8mb and you can put up to four (4) files to a post.
The file extensions must be standard extensions only otherwise the file will not be added.
Standard file extensions include:-
Documents: . pdf, . doc, . ppt, . odt, . xls, . psd, zip
Audio: . mp3, . m4a, . ogg, . wav.
DO NOT try and add image files. Use media insert button in the editor menu for inserting pictures in your post.
Only logged in users can see, upload or download an attachment.
If you try and upload a file that may have security issues or is not a standard file extension then it will not appear in the post.
If anyone finds a problem using this new facility, then please let me know.
